A new fun and playful way to have a photo-booth at your next event. Be it a wedding, birthday, or corporate event. This is a photography technique called light painting and uses slow-shutter speeds. It is simple to set up and the results are magical.
This is NOT photoshop! Light painting is photography technique that uses long exposure.
All light drawings are made in-camera, instantly. The subject has to stand still for 5 seconds while he or she is “painted with light” and the photos are printed on-site within minutes. It’s a great way to create a special memory and photos to take home. Drawings can be customised, anything from the colour, shape, personal logo or message.
One-on-one photo sessions are also available and great for artists, engagement couples, or anybody who wants a unique ethereal portrait. It is truly a fun and engaging experience. All light paining photos must be done after sunset, preferably outdoors but can also be done indoors.
Set-up needs to be in a low light space.
After sunset if outside, or in a dark low light room.
An open space outdoors on a lawn is ideal but can be done on a space as small as 20s meters.
The light painting photo-booth experience is that you have to strike a pose and hold for 5 seconds while it is painted with a magic light stick.
You can see the photo immediately and have it sent to your email.
Printed photos on the spot for those who want it.
The printing takes more time, about ten minutes depending on how busy the booth is.
