Ibiza resident Said's diverse roots have shaped his eclectic sound; sunny, soulful, funky, uplifting, bouncy, hypnotic and tropical, sometimes with a Middle Eastern twang. He co-founded a band, ‘Dubtropical’, who have backed Johnny Osbourne in concert, while he also co-created the locals’ favourite ‘Quantum Disco’. He presents ‘Open Sesame’ monthly on OpenLab Radio, while he also plays at Las Dalias, Soulgood, Pikes, Experimental Beach, and Jockey Club on the island.
